3. What do you enjoy most from being part of the Chelsea Coaching Group?

I founded the Chelsea Coaching Group because I wanted to create a supporting environment for coaches, both qualified and training, where we could learn, develop, network and flourish.  I have a fantastic team and we continue to attract fantastic speakers, some with an international reputation.  I am interested in developing coaching beyond the basic academic level and to look at the ways coaching, mentoring and therapy can be used together.

4. Sum yourself up in three words

Empathetic, incisive, emotionally-astute.

5. Thank you very much. Is there anything else you would like to add?

I thoroughly recommend the Chelsea Coaching Group as a professional, vibrant, interactive coaching community.

1.Who are you and what is your back ground?

My name is Dimitrina Petrova and my background is in Psychology and Finance. As a qualified management accountant (ACMA) I have been working for large corporations within the financial services sector for 11 years now. As a Psychologist with Master degrees in two specialties - Social Psychology and Organisational Psychology I consider myself lucky being able to grow, learn, explore and observe in such a challenging and often hectic environment as Corporate is. My real deep passion has always been human potential and I am a restless learner in the fields of psychology and neuroscience.

2. How long have you been coaching and what is your niche?

I have been coaching with the Coaching Academy since May 2011, however, I have always considered coaching being part of my responsibilities during my years as a manager. I am also a NLP practitioner and I intend to get a Master level in NLP in the near future as it still fascinates me how much change a simple technic can bring. Via my company, Motive 4 Action, I want to reach to people who are not afraid to dream big and make a difference in the world. My approach is holistic. I am focusing on helping people to increase their energy and engagement in every area of life, as I truly believe that life is one indivisible whole.

3. What do you enjoy most from being part of the Chelsea Coaching Group?

I love the vibe that Chelsea Coaching Group radiates. It never fails to charge me with positive energy, even after an exhausting day in the office. I love the support I get from my fellow colleagues and the feeling of being part of an amazing group that shares the same desire for huge contribution.

4. Sum yourself up in three words

Passionate, Curious, in love with life

5. Is there anything else you would like to add?

Dream big and live fully! The world needs your uniqueness. Don’t rob it! Commit to take action now. Knowledge is great, but its application is what matters.

And, of course, come and see us!
